US Inkcups launchs Brite 2.0 ink to print on fully synthetic surfaces

Inkcups, a global leader in the printing industry, has released the Brite 2.0 Label Printing Machine to print full synthetic materials. This tagless printer allows users to print brighter, whiter colors on dark substrates. It also expands the printing options available to customers.

Brite 2.0 is now able to print dark synthetic materials such as acetates, acrylics, lyocells, microfibres and nylon, but also polypropylenes, polyvinylchloride, rayon/viscose or spandex/lycra.

Inkcups announced that its new Brite 2.0 label printer can print on a larger range of synthetics.
This product achieves whiter colors on darker substrates, without fading. It exceeds the industry standard for quality and durability.
It is very easy to operate and perfect for printing athletic and sportswear.

Inkcups Engineers invented the Brite Process, a combination between a machine, SB Brite Opaque Ink, and printing pads. This process offers unmatched prints in a wide range of materials. According to a company press release, this method produces whiter prints on darker substrates that do not fade, exceeding industry standards of quality and durability.

The Brite tabletop printer is an easy to use machine that can print on athletic and sportswear. It comes with a VersaCup 90mm to allow images of up to 65x35mm (2.56 x 1.38 inch) to be printed. Each machine also comes with an exclusive Brite mat to help transfer opaque images. This high-performance printer can produce 400 to 500 impressions an hour on average.

Early in April the Brite 2.0 was introduced at SaigonTex, Vietnam’s most important textile and clothing industry event.
