EnnYe will be opening soon in downtown St. Petersburg, a specialised shop that sells African-inspired clothing and accessories at the 300 Beach Drive NE. Suite 111.

EnnYe is a brand created by Matipa and Mercy Nyamangwanda. It offers clothing, accessories and other products with prints and designs from Africa.

According to the Zimbabwean entrepreneur Mutsemi, who not only established a clothing line but also successfully introduced a makeup brand  EnnYeEthnic Cosmetics, most items at EnnYe will feature designs from Zimbabwe and other nations in the southern part of the continent.

Mutsemi, through EnnYe, has developed a distinctive style, which combines contemporary fashion with African traditional prints and designs.

“They primarily serve a decorative purpose,” underlines Mutsemi discussing the symbols used in EnnYe designs, who added sacred prints for royalty and commemorations are excluded from her creations as a mark of respect.
