Ng serves as a consultant to the Malaysian REIT Managers Association.

The veteran broker is joining CBRE in Seoul after more than 12 years with Colliers – having relocated to Korea to take on a managing director role there with Colliers in 2020. University of Nottingham graduate, who also worked for Colliers in Hong Kong.

Zhang was promoted to senior director in 2018 after joining the consultancy as a junior director. Zhang, a UCLA graduate, has also worked for Fosun and Merrill Lynch. He was previously employed by UBS, NYSE listed Xinyuan Real Estate, UBS, Merrill Lynch.
