SPINDLE coat rack by Koichi Futatsumata
Koichi Futatsumata, the founding father of the architectural apply CASE-REAL, has designed the Spindle, a modern coat rack that lightly sways when a coat or different merchandise of clothes hangs on it. The stand is a particular creation commemorating the twentieth anniversary of the style model FUJITO, reflecting the designer’s experience in product design, structure, and interiors. The design includes a metal rod extending from a beneficiant granite base, with a spherical, disk-like picket component finishing the ensemble.

a modern and sensible piece on your coat
Drawing on their shut friendship, Futatsumata and FUJITO‘s designer collaborated intently on the Spindle venture. The inspiration for this piece arose from informal discussions about making a clothing-related product. Fujito’s concept to combine pure supplies, equivalent to stone, sparked the idea. Futatsumata imagined a rounded river stone, mirroring Fujito’s laid-back way of life and design philosophy. The result’s a purposeful and stylish merchandise that creates a delicate round movement whereas sustaining the sense of weight, stability, roundness, and smoothness of its supplies.
