The unexpected fashion of Princess Anne’s Mini Dress will make you go “Wow!”

Princess Anne  is often lauded by royal watchers for her impeccable determination and for her fabulous sense of style, so it’s no surprise just how chic the Princess Royal looked when she stepped out in the mini dress of dreams.

Anne wore this stunning piece in the 70s during a trip to Sydney University, a few weeks before turning 19. Anne looked like a royal it-girl wearing the stylish number with its long sleeves, polka dot pattern and square pattern.

This sartorial show was a perfect example of this. The accessories were the star.

Anne’s playful dress featured a matching scarf around the neck. She also added a variety of accessories in white, such as small gloves and heeled shoes with a buckle at the top. A matching wide-brimmed cap was also included. It is only logical to assume that the stylish hat had a ribbon at its base. The bow was then tied on top of the hat.

Photos of the princess’s overseas visit show her radiating glamour. After attending a Sydney University Women’s Union luncheon, she was pictured walking down some steps.

Anne wasn’t afraid to wear a hemline that was daring in her teens. In the 60s, she rocked the most impeccable orange and white ensemble when she stepped out to meet troops in Germany back in 1969.

In this case, she opted to wear a stylish ivory-toned dress instead of the classic ivory accessories. Anne is never afraid of wearing a headpiece that’s daring. She chose an orange hat accented by a white buckle. Anne paired black loafers with her royal outfit and added a bag in black.

Royal style etiquette rules that hemlines should be of modest length, and as her royal status increased with time there is a clear lengthening in the Princess’s hem length.
