Rapha was founded in 2004 to encourage people to enjoy life on a bike. We believe that cycling has the power to improve people’s lives but as well as enjoying it for what it is today, we are determined to change cycling and open it up to more people so that they too can discover the joys of riding a bike. 

In order to expand the Lifestyle product line and move into our next growth phase, we need a Senior Engineer. The role is responsible for the engineering of a specific product category, and reports directly to it. This person will ensure that all deadlines are met and briefs adhered to. Owning the engineering of Rapha’s lifestyle product collection, ensuring functionality and performance requirements of the products are met.

The Category Head will report to this position. They are responsible for making sure that the products delivered are fit for their purpose, of high quality, and on time.  This person is a skilled internal negotiator and will act as a role model for the rest of the team. They are also capable of supporting and leading junior Engineers.
