Tukatech-EcoShot partnership allows users to show 3D digital garments with photorealistic models

Tukatech is a leader in fashion technology and has partnered up with EcoShot, allowing current and future TUKA3D customers to showcase their virtual 3D garments using photorealistic models.

Tukatech says that it has worked to remove physical samples of clothing from product development processes by using its industry-leading 3D-sample-making software TUKA3D. This new partnership will help to further this effort.

Tukatech, a 3D Fashion Technology company has been proven to reduce physical fit and look sample. But they are still often used in sales and for photography. TUKA3D and EcoShot can create the same results as traditional photoshoots, without spending as much money.

Geoff Taylor, President of TUKAweb, explained, “This collaboration has tremendous potential to help companies eliminate the need for any physical samples and photography, and to produce only the products that have already sold, thereby reducing costs, inventory, and waste.”

“Realistic, accurate, and convenient ways of showcasing 3D designs on models. That has always been our goal with EcoShot,” stated Vikesh Shah, New Business Director of Metail.

Shah said that AI generated models have made this process more flexible for users of apparel 3D CAD. “We are excited to offer TUKA3D users a digital way of showcasing their 3D garments on models with the right size and look for their brand,” continued Shah.

TUKA3D’s collaboration with EcoShot allows users to instantly access more than 40 digital models that are ultra-realistic. The models are available in different forms such as real people or computer generated ones with a variety of ages, poses, and sizes. Users of TUKA3D can use AI to create custom fashion models using their TUKA3D Fit models.

Geoff Taylor believes that this AI integration is what sets TUKA3D aside from other apps. This means fashion companies don’t need to create physical products in order to test the fit of their clothes, showcase designs or sell online.

“Once a product is approved or sold, Tukatech is established as a global leader offering all the technology for fashion companies to manufacture the product, rather than just handing it off,” concluded Taylor.
