Zhongke India stall in Pamex 2023.

Zhongke India has called its participation in the recently concluded Pamex 2023 “very successful”. The company demonstrated its rigid box-making, semi-rigid-box-forming, high speed lamination, paper-carry bag-making, foiling, die-cutting and other machines at the Pamex 2023 expo.

Pamex 2023 has been a great success for us. Once again, we have created a stir. Ten live demos were shown to the visitors, who also discussed their specific requirements. We sold all the machines showcased at the exhibition and signed contracts for a couple of more,” said Pooja Rajpal of Zhongke India.

One of these deals was with Vadodara based carton printers and converters VS Packaging. They bought a Wenhong WH1050SS automated high-speed cutting machine.

Zhongke India’s Wenhong WH1050SS is the 5th automatic high-speed cutting machine that VS Packaging purchased.

VS Packaging, established in 2010, prints and converts master cartons and monocartons for Indian and international markets. It has six-color UV Heidelberg presses fully loaded in the press department. Three die-cutters, and now two folder gluers are available.

Rajpal expressed his excitement about Pamex and said it’s a good opportunity to reach out to new clients as well catch up on those that are already there. Pamex is India’s most professional show for the printing & packaging industry. The show was well organized and presented. It was a great show. We saw customers from across India and overseas as well,” she said.

Daily, the impact, growth, and resilience of responsible packaging are chronicled in many parts of the world. Packing South Asia

Packaging South Asian, an online and print B2B magazine with multiple channels of distribution and a digital platform is aware that new beginnings are always possible. The 16-year old print magazine, which is based in New Delhi India, has become a digital platform.
The Indian and Asian packaging industries have shown their commitment to growth and progress. Over the past three decades, Indian and Asian packing industries have demonstrated resilience.

As we present our publishing plan for 2023, India’s real GDP growth for the financial year ending 31 March 2023 will reach 6.3%. Even after inflation, the packaging industry’s growth was higher than India’s GDP in each of the three previous years.

In the last three years, India’s capacity to manufacture flexible films has increased by 33 percent. We expect to add another 33% of capacity between 2023 and 2025. Monocartons, labels, corrugated, and aseptic liquid packaging have all seen similar growth. The numbers are positive for most of the economies in the region – our platform increasingly reaches and influences these.

In spite of the challenges of raw materials prices and supply chain disruptions, India and Asia have significant room to expand packaging. Our context and coverage engulf the entire packaging supply chain – from concept to shelf and further – to waste collection and recycling. Brand owners, material suppliers, packaging designers, converters, and recycling are our target audiences.

In an admittedly fragmented and textured terrain, this is the right time to plan your participation and marketing support communication – in our impactful and highly targeted business platform. What do you want to tell us?
